What comes with my order?
Each order includes:
- Your handmade press-on nails
- Nail Glue
- Adhesive tabs
- Nail Buffer
- Mini nail file
- Cuticle stick
- Alcohol prep pad
- Application and care instructions
How long do your nails last?
With nail glue, your set can last up to 1–3 weeks with proper application and care. Adhesive tabs are great for short-term wear and can typically last 1–3 days.
Are your nails reusable?
Yes! With proper removal and care, sets can be worn multiple times. Do not rip your nails off. Soak them in warm soapy water (no acetone) and use cuticle stick to pry off gently.
Are all sets handmade?
Absolutely. Every set is individually designed, painted, and finished by hand, so slight variations make each one uniquely yours.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days, plus shipping time. Custom orders may require additional production time. Once I have your sizes, I aim to complete your order within the week.
What if my nails don't fit?
If you used one of our sizing kits, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to find the best solution. Because every set is handmade, we cannot accept returns on worn or used nails.
Can I request custom designs?
Yes! We'd love to create something unique for you. Visit our Commissions Page to understand the in's and out's. Once you're ready, select "Commission Set" and complete your purchase. That serves as your down-payment. I will follow-up with you via email about the specifics of your design!
How should I care for my press-ons?
Avoid prolonged exposure to water immediately after application, wear gloves when cleaning, and remove your nails gently to help preserve them for future wear. Each order comes with additional adhesive so you can store them in the box provided.
How do I know my nail size?
We include a complimentary sizing kit with every order. Once you order, I will expedite a sizing kit to you free of charge. Email printsandpressons@gmail.com or text 612-293-5670 with a photo of your sizing card.
Do I have to order a sizing kit every time?
No! Once you've found your perfect fit, I save your sizes for future orders.
What if I'm between sizes?
We recommend sizing up when you're between sizes. A slightly larger nail can be gently filed for a better fit, while one that's too small won't sit comfortably on the nail.
Are your nails handmade?
Yes. Every set is hand-painted and finished with care. Because each set is made by hand, slight variations make every set one of a kind; just like your unique print and DNA.
Are these gel nails?
Yes. Each set is created using professional-quality gel products for durability, shine, and a salon-quality finish. Some sets may include acrylic products.
Are the nails reusable?
Absolutely! With proper removal and care, you can enjoy wearing the same set multiple times.

How long does processing take?
Each set is handmade to order. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for production before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. At this time, we are shipping through Fedex and aim to have your product in your hands within 2-3 days of completion. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production is available for an additional fee. Please select and add the “rush delivery” option to your cart when shopping.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
How do I remove them safely?
Never force or peel them off. Soak your nails in warm, soapy water with oil until the adhesive softens, then gently lift the nails using a cuticle stick.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my nails?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn, used, or custom-made nail sets.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If we made a mistake, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
What if my package is lost?
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your tracking indicates an issue, please contact us and we'll help guide you through the next steps.
Do you take custom requests?
Yes! We'd love to create something just for you. Share your inspiration, colors, or theme, and we'll work together to bring your vision to life. Check out The Commissions Page.
Can you recreate a design I found online?
We don't copy another artist's work exactly, but we're happy to create an original design inspired by the colors, mood, or aesthetic you love. We take inspiration from other nail artists daily, but we like to challenge ourselves to be inspired and creative.
Are press-on nails damaging?
Not when they're applied and removed correctly. Damage is usually caused by improper removal, such as peeling or forcing the nails off.
Are they waterproof?
Your nails are water-resistant, but prolonged soaking (like hot tubs, long baths, or swimming) may shorten wear time.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to photograph each set accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.
Are the designs exactly identical?
Because every set is handmade, small variations may occur. We believe that's part of what makes each set unique.
Can I gift a set to someone?
Absolutely! If you're unsure of their size, consider purchasing a gift card or starting with one of our complimentary sizing kits.
